The little house in the village

Centrally located in Giove, a stone's throw from all services, the majestic castle and the ancient village, with free parking in the immediate vicinity, a mini-apartment of about 32 square meters on the first floor with an entrance from an external staircase and an external living room, consisting of: a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a French window and a balcony overlooking the main street, a bathroom with a bidet built into the toilet, and heat pumps. The space The price includes - all utilities: electricity, water, cooking gas, wifi, air conditioning/heating; - bed linen and towels, welcome kit, cleaning (initial and final), cleaning products, use of washing machine, 2 bicycles (on request). There is currently no accommodation tax in the Municipality of Giove. To make your stay pleasant, we want to highlight a few things: 1) The building, in which my mini-apartment is located (in addition to another house upstairs) dates back to the 1960s, so it is not a property with a perfect and modern aesthetic, but the house is functional and comfortable. 2) We have made the mini-apartment as comfortable as possible, equipping it with many modern elements, such as wifi, the Kodi system to watch TV, and various equipment, including everything you need to cook and eat and to prepare an excellent breakfast. 3) Since there are several electrical appliances, it is recommended to avoid the simultaneous use of too many of these, which could lead to the imposed disconnection of the current. 4) For heating/air conditioning, there is 1 indoor air conditioner in the room, 1 air conditioner with external motor in the living area, 1 electric heater in the bathroom, and 1 fan. 5) The bathroom is small but functional, with a small sink, toilet with built-in bidet, and standard shower stall. 6) There are: in the living room-kitchen 1 overhead window and 1 internal window/glass, 1 window door in the room, 1 window in the bathroom. 7) There are 2 free, unreserved parking spaces immediately below the house, to the right of the entrance staircase, often available; alternatively, there are free parking spaces just a few meters away. Guest access Guests can use all the spaces: terrace/external hallway, small house, balcony in the room. Other things to note After booking, each guest is required to present a valid identity document for registration purposes, as required by Italian law.
