This modern upside-down house offers a spacious and comfortable stay, ideal for couples, families, or friends visiting Cheltenham. The ground floor features two double bedrooms, both with super king beds (one can be split into twins on request), built-in wardrobes, and access to a private courtyard garden. One bedroom has an en suite shower room, and there is also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, enjoy a bright, air-conditioned open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster), dining area, and comfortable lounge with a 65-inch SMART TV. Parking: Private allocated space for 1 car. Access is via a narrow lane and may be tight for larger vehicles. One additional parking permit is available for 5GBP per night for local on-street parking (Cheltenham Zone 10). Located in a quiet setting with easy access to Cheltenham town centre, local attractions, and the green open space of Pittville Park. Please note: air conditioning is in the upstairs living area only and not in the bedrooms. Guest access This home is private and is primarily set up as a 2-bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside. Please note, the bedrooms are not air-conditioned. 🚗 Allocated Parking The property includes private allocated parking for 1 car. Access is via a narrow lane into an undercroft space, so it can be a little tight for larger vehicles. If needed, we can also provide complimentary on-street parking permits for the local area. 🚗 Extra Parking If you need extra parking in addition to the allocated space we can offer resident parking permits for an extra car for street parking in the local area (Zone 10) for £5 per night. ☕ Kitchen Essentials We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper to help you settle in. 🛌 Bedding & Towels Crisp, hotel-quality bed linen is provided, along with 2 pillows per guest.
