The accommodation, approximately 30 m², is entirely reserved for guests, ensuring privacy and tranquility throughout the stay. The space You'll find everything you need to feel at home: 🛏️ Bright double bedroom with wardrobe and private terrace. 🛋️ Living area with sofa bed, dining table, air conditioning, and access to a second terrace furnished with a lovely outdoor seating area. ☕ Refreshment area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, perfect for relaxing breakfasts or quick meals. 🚿 Private bathroom complete with all amenities. A garden to be experienced The real added value is the large garden surrounding the house, full of lemon, orange, and mandarin trees. A small haven of tranquility where you can read a book, sip an aperitif, or simply relax after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of all the spaces indicated, including the garden and terraces Other things to note There is a sofa bed in the accommodation that can accommodate either 2 children or 1 adult.
