The sitting room is spacious with comfortable seating and occasional furniture with views over the Water of Leith. It also has a writing desk and Bluetooth audio and TV Guest access Whole flat and outside communal area and drying square. Other things to note TheTV is small by modern standards (32") so please don't expect a cinema screen !! The washing machine is available for your use but we DO NOT provide washing powder ...... sorry!
