A traditional, historic, simple but stylish flat overlooking the Water of Leith located within the famous Grade1 listed Well Court (which is a World Heritage Site) situated in the heart of the tranquil Dean Village. This comfortable, one bedroom, 1st floor flat built in 1884 has an open view over the Water of Leith from the sitting room and bedroom yet it is only a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh's West End and Princess St. The space The flat has 1 bedroom with a standard sized double bed and open clothes hanging and storage. The shower room is small but well equipped with a powerful shower, small wash basin and toilet. We do provide all bedding, towels and toiletries The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge and washing machine. The sitting room is spacious with comfortable seating and occasional furniture with views over the Water of Leith. Free WiFi It also has a writing desk and Bluetooth audio and TV Guest access Whole flat (1st floor) and outside communal area and drying square. Other things to note TheTV is small by modern standards (32") so please don't expect a cinema screen !! The washing machine is available for your use but we DO NOT provide washing powder ...... sorry!
