Welcome to Gîte de la Crouzette! Old building completely renovated, located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises du Couserans, one hour from Toulouse. You will enjoy a bird's eye view of the Pyrenees and a lot of sunshine throughout the day thanks to its full southern exposure. Inside the cottage, you will enjoy the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern for a stay with family or friends. The space The gîte consists of two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The price includes bed sheets, cleaning, shower towels, tea towels, electricity and wood for winter fires. On the ground floor: - Large kitchen - fully equipped open dining room (Senseo coffee machine) - Living room with 4K flat screen TV, fiber internet, wood stove - The Pink bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 - Shower room with toilet and laundry room (washing machine and dryer) Upstairs: - Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet - The Yellow room with a double bed of 160 x 200 - The Blue room with 1 double bed of 140 x 200 and 2 single beds of 90 x 200 - The Terra Cotta room with 1 double bed of 160 x 200, shower and hand wash - A wide corridor with a space dedicated to children (large library of children's books and many games) Additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, raclette and Savoyard fondue appliances, cleaning products and equipment, spices for cooking, soap and shower gel, library, board games... The outside of the cottage: Sunshine and views of the Pyrenees The large wooden terrace running all around the gîte allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day thanks to the different spaces: garden furniture, outdoor tables, barbecue, and ping pong table. The flat garden of about 600 m² has a trampoline and a brazier for outdoor evenings by the fire. A large parking lot at the end of the garden allows you to park your vehicles and the driveway of the entrance of the gîte to play pétanque and Molky. From the gîte, you can walk to the Gajan orientation table (2.7 km) offering a panorama of the entire Pyrenees chain. The village of Sainte Croix Volvestre, located 12 minutes away by car, will offer you the first shops, restaurant, concert hall and swimming lake to cool off. Possibility to adapt schedules for arrivals and departures. I could also recommend activities, hikes, shops and restaurants nearby to make the most of your stay. Other things to note The building consists of two independent parts: the 150 m² gîte part, with entrance, parking, garden and terrace, totally autonomous from the second part intended for my personal home. I renovated this building to create my living and working space. So I live on the property but you will have all your independence and privacy during the stay.
