For the little guests, there is a playground in the street. The cottage is located in a cottage area in the small village of Kating near the idyllic harbor town of Tönning. The Eidersperrwerk provides protection against winter storms about 8 km away, the seaside resort of St. Peter-Ording is about 20 km away. The sea is also about 8 km away with a guarded swimming area in Vollerwiek. The town of Tönning with its shopping, restaurants, cafes, weekly market and various events is only about 6 km away. The wide sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording can be reached in just about 20 minutes by car. We are happy to accommodate 1-2 well-behaved dogs on request.
