On the entrance floor there is a large open space that integrates kitchen, dining room and living room, designed to enjoy a cozy and bright atmosphere, with a window that offers exceptional views. The living room also has a practical sofa bed, 50" TV, Wi-Fi throughout the house and Netflix. On this same floor there is a small and charming toilet. The second floor is accessed by an elegant wooden staircase. There are two bedrooms, one of them at the back and the other open concept, with direct access to the house's main attraction: a terrace from which you can see the entire mountain range. The full bathroom is located between the two rooms. The laundry area is also integrated on this floor. Finally, the wooden staircase leads to the third floor, where the third bedroom is located, a comfortable and cozy suite-like space. Other things to note The neighborhood is in the heart of the village, a very lively and social area, surrounded by different places that bring it to life throughout the year. It is a key point, especially during the holidays and in summer, when the town receives numerous visitors. Therefore, if you are especially sensitive to noise, keep in mind that, although the house has windows with good sound insulation, on certain days of celebration, more activity can be perceived. The mountain environment is perfect for enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, caving, fishing, hunting, mushroom picking and bird watching.
