The space The main house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs, one on the main floor and one on the upper level. Two rooms are equipped with a queen size bed and one with a full double. There is one full bath on the main floor, a half bath on the upper level, and half bath on the lower level. The secondary building has a bedroom on the upper level with two full double beds. There is a large common area on the lower level which has seating up to 20 people and a half bath. Connected to the two properties is the hot tub hut. It is fully enclosed, with a view of the bay. The best place to see the sunset is right on the beach, across the road. Enjoy the beach in the warm weather or during the colder weather for some ice fishing. This property is close to all the local attractions. Just a few minutes from Bates Barn (2-3 min walk), Bates Landing (5-6 min walk), and the Belleisle Bay Ferry (5-6 min walk). A short drive from Midland Meadows Golf Course (11 kms), Up to Par Restaurant (10 kms), and The Midland Ice Caves (9 kms).
