Welcome to our charming duplex in the heart of Issoire! This cozy and newly renovated accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the city center, a stone's throw from Place de la République, it allows you to fully enjoy the shops, restaurants and entertainment while offering a quiet and comfortable cocoon. The duplex, fully furnished and designed for your comfort, includes: - Queen size bed and sofa bed 140x200 cm (bed linen provided) - A fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, range hood, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine - Modern bathroom with large shower, shower gel, shampoo, washing machine, hair dryer, cottons and cotton swabs (towels provided) - A dining area - A small clothing rack with iron and ironing board - A living room area with a flat screen and comfy sofa - High speed WiFi (fiber) for fast and seamless navigation ☕ Upon arrival, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are at your disposal. Guest access The duplex is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Issoire. In the immediate vicinity: bakery, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and small shops. 🚗 Parking: Parking is paid on the boulevard and in the square from 10 am to 6 pm from Tuesday to Friday; it is free the rest of the time (be careful of the Saturday morning market in Place de la République). Free parking is about a 5-minute walk away, after 11 Rue de l'Espagnon. ⚠️ In summer, on Friday evenings, the boulevard and the square are closed from 6 pm. Be careful not to leave your car there, or it may be impounded. 🏍️ Two-wheelers: The house does not have a private garage for motorcycles or bicycles. Other things to note 🚭 The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are strictly forbidden, out of respect for the neighborhood. 🧺 A washing machine is available for your use. ⚠️ The apartment has a slightly steep spiral staircase to access the bedroom (in the basement). For safety reasons, please remain vigilant. As the accommodation is not equipped with barriers, it is not suitable for toddlers without constant supervision.
