It is safe we all park there. Early checkin or late checkout is available subject to availability with additional charges which are quoted separately. Sheesha and hookah are strictly not allowed. To conserve water and be more eco-friendly, we change linen and towels as under: a) Before Checkin of any New Guest b) After every three days for Existing Guest Apartment has Inverter backup. However: AC will not work with Inverter, only lights and fans will work. Bigger groups can rent 2 or more apartments in the same building hosted by us. Note: Outsiders / Unregistered Visitors cannot enter the premises. Please meet your friends who are not staying with us outside. There are many cafes nearby. For Security reasons & Society Rules, it is not permitted to bring them in the apartment. Prostitution / Narcotics/ Banned Substances and Illegal / Immoral activities are strictly prohibited. Strict Action will be taken against offenders and local authorities will be immediately reported. Kindly follow General decorum / Society rules. Loud music is not permitted in the society after 10 pm. PLEASE TREAT THE APARTMENT LIKE YOUR OWN COSY HOME IN KONKAN :)
