Newly renovated guesthouse near the beach, forest and golf course

Sit back in this newly renovated attic house, in the middle of the charming summer idyll Haverdal. Here you live quietly and secluded - with proximity to Haverdal's long sandy beach, large nature reserves with nice hiking trails, marina, golf course & grocery store. With a modern and fully equipped kitchen, patio and private parking, this is the perfect place for a couple or small family. Explore cozy cafes and enjoy nature. Warm welcome at Villa Strandälg! The space The guesthouse is secluded on the plot with its own patio, which is surrounded by a lush garden where you can enjoy the evening sun! The host family lives in the dwelling house on the property, but the guesthouse is completely separate with its own entrance and private areas. Free parking is just outside the guesthouse. The property consists of open and well-planned square meters. You enter a hallway with space for outerwear, followed by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, microwave and everything you need to be able to cook good meals during your stay. There is a dining table seating four persons. The sleeping areas are distributed on a bunk bed with a 90 cm top flap (provided with safety rails, recommended age up to 6 years) and a 140 cm bottom bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 100 cm wide and 180 cm long. Duvet and pillow included. On the adjacent wooden deck, there is a dining area, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. NOTE: Bed linens are available to rent for a fee of SEK 30/bedding set. Please let us know ahead of time if you wish, and we will make sure everything is provided upon arrival. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire guest house, including a private patio and adjacent lawns. Other things to note Public transport: The nearest bus stop is Haverdal Morkullevägen, about 600 meters from the property. From here, bus 350 runs with smooth connections to both Halmstad and Falkenberg. Timetables and current departures can be found via Hallandstrafiken.
