The accommodation located on the first floor of a family house with a terrace overlooking the sea. The house still offers an apartment for 3 people and a room with a bathroom for rent. The location is quiet and sunny just a few steps from the rocky beach of Zambratija. The house is located in the Monteneto area between the two small villages of Bašanija and Zambratija. The strong points of the house are the proximity of beaches and the sea view. The bathing facilities are reachable on foot. The space The apartment with a private entrance has a living area, bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. The living area consists of an equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove with 4 electric burners, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, dining table with 3 chairs, two armchairs, chest of drawers, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area a beautiful sea view from the window. The complete bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with mirror and cupboard, bath towels two per person provided (changed weekly). The bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (80x200), two bedside tables with night lamps and wardrobe, and bed linen provided (weekly change). At the entrance, the uncovered terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. From the terrace a wonderful view of the sea, olive grove, and lawn. In the courtyard available for shared use barbecue and parking. The property is fenced. Crossing the garden, lawn, and olive grove you can reach the nearest rocky beach (150 m), not very busy in a few minutes. Continuing on the left side, you can reach the equipped concrete beaches, with gravel or sand. The equipped beaches offer the possibility to rent deck chairs and umbrellas, various beach bars are available where you can enjoy fresh drinks or fast food. Supermarket, bank, post office, bars, and restaurants 400 m from the house. Guest access Guests have free access to the barbecue and parking. Other things to note * Pets are not allowed. * During the stay it is not allowed to receive visits to the accommodation * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (for example airport - accommodation, ...)
