Welcome to Sjölyckan in Sjötorp, a wonderful house, beautiful garden, lake property and its own dock. There's also a nice sandy beach right next to the property. Altan decks are available in different places in the garden and also at the jetty with an outdoor kitchen where you can barbecue or use the murikka and use sun loungers or sit on the sofa and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. You can use a boat with a 15 hp Honda boat engine with electric start that is located at the small harbor next to the house. The space The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen with seating at a round table with a lake view, the living room has a large sofa, smart TV, two armchairs with attached footstools as well as a dining table with about seven seats but has an inlay top so you can sit ten people. Here you have an amazing view over the water. Two bedrooms on the lower floor with double beds one with TV and private bathroom with shower and the other bedroom has a tiled stove. In addition, there is a room with a sofa bed for two people with tiled stove, laundry room, hallway and another bathroom with shower. The upstairs has three single beds and desk space with beautiful views of the water. Nearby the dock is a guest house with two single beds. There is a SUP that you can borrow during your stay. Bath at the jetty via the bath ladder. Note: No diving or jumping in. You can use a boat with a 15hp Honda boat engine with electricity start located at the small harbor next to the house. Nice fishing waters are just outside the house. Life jackets are available to borrow. Electric car charging 11 kw is available at cost price 2 sek/kw. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are available to borrow for a fee of SEK 150/person.
