Only ten minutes from the M5 South J21, we are a dog friendly property, with the beach allowing dogs all year round. The village of Kewstoke provides both rural and coastal charm, whilst being easily accessible and in close proximity to the 'traditional' seaside town of Weston-super-Mare. The space The property has been refurbished and comprises four bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom, two shower rooms (one ensuite), a large kitchen/dining area, and glass fronted balcony with seating and panoramic coastal views on clear days down to Exmoor and across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff. There are 2 lounges, one upstairs with access onto the balcony, with the other being downstairs. Both have large smart TVs. The kitchen has an integral oven and grill, five burner gas hob and integral under counter fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a 50/50 fridge/freezer. There is ample off road parking, a lawn to the front and an enclosed South facing garden to the rear, also with lawn and a patio with outdoor table and seating for eight. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property apart from a locked internal office and some locked storage cupboards.
