The space The B&B consists of: - 4 private rooms (3 doubles and 1 single) - 2 full bathrooms with toilet, bidet, shower or bathtub/shower, hairdryer. For every 2 rooms, there is one shared bathroom. - shared hallway for access to the rooms and bathrooms - Large shared living room for reading, studying, working or relaxing, with a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with tables and chairs where you can eat. - Smoking area in front of the B&B entrance and on the shared terrace. - Kitchen use is not provided, but there is a fridge in the living room with a private shelf per room and a small freezer. We serve a set of towels. The bathrooms are cleaned daily, thoroughly, and accurately. Breakfasts are served by us, with local pastries, yogurt, tea, coffee and top-quality juices. You can book an "aperitif/dinner" in our Home Restaurant, where we use only our own vegetables and products from our local farmer friends. Parking is ample, private and free. The house is surrounded by vast countryside for walking among olive groves and vineyards. Excellent area for cycling (e.g., Parenzana, Via Flavia, loop circuits between the sea and the hills). We provide a free covered area for bicycles with the possibility of battery charging. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. Muggia is a 10-minute drive away. Guest access Parking, bicycle garage, common areas inside the B&B, living room and terrace, gardens and countryside around the property. During your stay We are friendly and welcoming people, always available to ensure a pleasant stay. We will be present in the building on the ground floor to assist you at any time. After booking, we will provide telephone contacts to answer any needs during your stay. Other things to note Pets are not allowed on the property. A dog and three cats live with us.
