Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation, or immediate termination of your stay. - Respect the property: Please treat the property and its contents with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges. - No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $400 fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking indoors. - No parties or events: Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in penalties and, in serious cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund. - No pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. A $500 penalty will apply if this rule is violated. - Cleanliness: Professional cleaning is provided after each stay. However, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges. - Keys and access fobs: You will receive two building keys and two access fobs for the duration of your stay. Please take care of them, as they are required to access the building and apartment. A $300 replacement fee will apply for each lost key or fob. - Early check-in and late checkout: These must be arranged in advance and approved by the host, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. - Damaged or broken items: Any damaged or broken items will be assessed and charged based on the cost of repair or replacement. - Mail and packages: Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered mail or packages sent during your stay. - Commercial photography and filming: Commercial photography or filming is not permitted unless discussed and approved in advance. Please contact us if you have a specific request. - Mid-stay cleaning: For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is recommended to keep the apartment in excellent condition. You may choose either a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $150. 🚗 Parking: There is space for one vehicle in the building’s secure underground parking garage. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 2.1 metres. 👥 Number of guests: Please ensure that your reservation includes the correct number of guests. Additional guests may incur a call-out fee, and linen and amenities are provided based on the number of guests listed on the booking. 👶 Portacot: Please bring your own blankets for the portacot. Guests are responsible for setting it up upon arrival and putting it away before departure.
