It’s a cozy, compact environment, and may not be ideal for guests who are very tall or require larger spaces. Includes beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler. ☆IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to past experiences, we kindly ask that guests who smoke refrain from booking our property. This is a strictly non-smoking space.☆ AFTER THE BEACH: To keep the space tidy after the beach, please: • Remove sand from feet outside (hose area) • Rinse beach gear outside. • NO sandy/wet clothes on beds or sofa.
