Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area will be enjoy by all - making this the perfect space for gathering the whole family. 🛏️ Sand Pit Cottage offers three cosy bedrooms: • Two rooms with king-size beds • One room with a comfy double bed Sleeping up to six guests comfortably. 🚿 The family bathroom downstairs includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The master bedroom also has its own ensuite with a toilet and basin, newly added in 2024. 🌞 Outside, enjoy your own private courtyard garden - perfect for alfresco dining under the parasol, a summer barbecue, or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day exploring. Surrounded by characterful brick and flint walls, this peaceful space is ideal for unwinding in style. 🔥Lastly, relax and recharge in the large private hot tub, your perfect countryside retreat! Guest access Check-in information will be sent on the morning of the guest’s arrival. Other things to note • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
