Our home ideally located for a cozy getaway — just a 5-minute walk to Quart Pot Creek, 3-minute drive to Stanthorpe town centre, and with quick access to the New England Highway for easy exploring. In our newly renovated home, you will find: Living & Dining Spacious Lounge – Sink into the large, comfy sectional sofa, watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the natural light streaming in. ⸻ Dining for All – The main dining table seats six, while the breakfast bar adds two more spots for casual meals or morning coffee. ⸻ Fully Equipped Kitchen Everything you need to cook up a storm: • Microwave, toaster, kettle, and electric cooktop • Quality cookware, crockery, and cutlery • Wine glasses, champagne flutes, cups for tea and coffee and water tumblers • Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and Milo for a warm welcome ⸻ Bedrooms • Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with soft linen, decorative cushions, and towels ready on arrival. • Bedroom 2 – Two single bed , styled with bold teal bedding and extra pillows for comfort. • Bedroom 3 – Single bed, cozy throw, and warm lighting • A comfortable folding bed can be added for 6th guest. ( in bedroom or living room) • Baby cot available on request ($20 extra). ⸻ Bathroom and separated toilet A separate shower and bathtub, plus fresh towels, toiletries, and vanity mirror. ⸻ Extra Comforts • Wood heater for winter nights (firewood supplied in winter months ) • Multiple rugs for a warm, homely feel • Extra pillows, quilts and blankets provided • Electric heat blanket on each beds ⸻ Travelling with Pets? The property welcomes well-behaved pets with responsible owners (additional cleaning fee applies). We can accommodate up to two small dogs or one medium dog, provided they are non-shedding or low-shedding breeds only. Please bring your pet’s own essentials, such as food bowl, water bowl, and bed — as we don’t provide these. **Please send us message to submit a booking request for approval before confirming your stay. Thank you so much. ⸻ 📍 Location Only minutes from Stanthorpe’s town centre, Quart Pot Creek, and the beautiful Granite Belt wineries — the perfect base for exploring the region. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, and the outdoor deck. You can also enjoy the front and back yards — the backyard is fully enclosed with wire mesh fence panels on the left and right sides, and a colorbond fence at the back. There is also a steel farm gate connecting the backyard to the driveway and garage area. Parking is available on the property in front of the garage on our drive way. Please note: Some storage cupboards may be locked for owner use. Other things to note We have a no smoking policy inside our home including patio area at all times- If you breach these rules, air bnb will be contacted & an additional deep cleaning fee of $600 will be charged to your invoice. A $300 additional cleaning fee will apply if cigarette butts are discarded on the property including outside of the property ( Driveway ). * Please pick them up and put in the wheelie bin. Please also note that if the property is left in an excessively dirty or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
