Welcome to our stylish 65 m², 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor (attic) of a lovingly renovated farm in Elzach-Prechtal. Enjoy the scenery, the fantastic views from the roof balcony and the modern ambiance with fully equipped kitchen and floor-level shower. Plenty of space around the house, private playground, parking space & the local mountain "Gschasi" (1077 m). Elzach (5 min), Freiburg (35 min), Europa-Park (45min), France (1h, Strasbourg) & Switzerland (1h, Basel) easily accessible. The space The accommodation has a wonderfully large living-dining area (with sofa bed 130 x 200) with a fantastic view over the valley from the roof balcony and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything to prepare meals (stove, oven, kettle, capsule machine). A bathroom with washing machine, iron/ironing board and floor-level shower. And a sleeping area (bed 180 x 200). In addition, there is a kind of "indoor terrace" with a roof balcony on which you can relax. There is a private playground under the house that can be used, there it also invites you to linger. Other things to note The prices (tax) shown include the local visitor's tax. The local tourist tax of €2.20 (per person from 16 years/night) is mandatory.
