The space Nestled in the quiet of the countryside, our home is an oasis of peace that we share with our 5 cats and a little dachshund. Our affectionate pets run free in the garden, making this the perfect stay for animal lovers! The home is surrounded by a large garden, with a private area reserved exclusively for our guests to fully enjoy the open air, where you will also find a lovely gazebo and two private areas perfect for having breakfast or enjoying an aperitif in total tranquility. Guest access The access to your room is completely independent. You will have your own keys for entry room and electric gate. We rent two bedrooms, so if you book one room only and the other room is booked by another person/couple, you may have the chance to meet them in the corridor or in the outside shared spaces. During your stay We appreciate and totally understand the need for privacy, so we will not invade your spaces during your stay. However, if you need to contact us please let us know. We are always happy to give suggestions about local places of interest or anything you may be curious about. Other things to note 🌊 Sardinia is most famous for its amazing sea, but it is so much more that. With the name we chose for our place we wanted to capture the essence of this unique beauty by inviting your direct experience of what we consider NonSoloMare. The true highlight of the property is the large dedicated outdoor area, surrounded by lush greenery and enriched by a cozy gazebo, ideal for unwinding in the fresh air. The accommodation is fully immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, yet sits just a few steps on foot from the local village, the artistic and quirky town of San Sperate, and its main amenities. Please note** We are approximately 15 minutes away from the airport, there are some public transports but we highly recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay. We do also offer a service of "HomeRestaurant". In case you would like to have your dinner at home, Chef Fabio will be very happy to cook for you.
