This is a top floor 1 bedroom apartment with lots of natural light that was fully remodeled in 2016. It's where I live while I'm in Dublin, what means that it has the warmth of a home. The apartment features big floor to ceiling windows and it's very warm. It is at The Point Village right next to the 3Arena (venue for most of the main concerts happening in Dublin), the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), the Luas tram station and many tech companies offices. The space The apartment is fully furnished comprising one bedroom with a 140x200 bed featuring a comfy foam mattress, living and dinning area with wooden flooring through-out and an open plan kitchen. It is located on the top floor of an apartments complex and is facing South what makes it an extremely bright and warm apartment. There's a small balcony with a small table and two chairs to enjoy your tea or breakfast during sunny days. Guest access The apartment includes: - One double room - Living room - Small balcony - Kitchen - Laundry room - Bathroom with shower There's heating for the colder season. Anyway, the apartment is modern and not cold even in winter. WIFI Internet is also available. You will find also hair dryer, wash machine, iron board and iron for your use. The price includes fresh and clean towels and bed linen. Please note that we offer a deep cleaning of the apartment before your stay, but not during it. That means you will need to help yourself with the washing up and the cleaning of the apartment during your stay if required. At the apartment you will find all the stuff necessary for this. Guests have full use of the kitchen which has fridge, oven, cooker, microwave and cooking utensils. Other things to note This is my home so please understand that my stuff is at home during your stay. Please be respectful. There's no letterbox available to guests, so it is not possible to receive mail during your stay. There's no problem receiving parcels.
