Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire top floor Jade apartment, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and the balcony with sea views. The apartment is accessed via a short flight of 12 steps outside the building. You’ll also have access to the shared front garden and on-site parking. The property is self-contained with its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please. Please note that any owner’s storage cupboards are not accessible to guests. Guests may occasionally see guests staying in the ground floor apartment in shared outdoor areas. Other things to note Accessibility: Please be aware that the apartment is located on the second floor (1st floor to us Brits) and is accessed via a 12-step staircase. Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Cleaning after your departure is also included. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged with the Property Manager for an extra charge. Other guests: There is another apartment below you, so you may occasionally see or hear guests.
