The BBQ area includes 1 dining set for 15 people and 3 dining sets for 6 people each, all the necessary utensils for outdoor grilling. Kitchen equipped with microwave, blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishes, cutlery, utensils and glasses. Bathrooms include liquid body and hand soap. Garage with capacity for 10 vehicles inside the enclosure of the house and 6 on the outside. Other things to note Capacity of people: The published rate corresponds to a maximum occupancy of 20 people. If you need more than 20 people, check the applicable additional fees in advance. Condition of stays: A minimum stay of two (2) nights is established during holidays and public holidays, as well as for weekday reservations. The rate for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, if applicable for a minimum stay of one (1) night.
