Coral Tree Cottage

Coral Tree Cottage is a former dairy, converted into a three bedroom cottage on Waikeri Park, a 300 acre beef cattle and sheep farm, just 10 minutes from Merimbula and the beach. Boggy Creek begins on the property and it is so quiet at night that you can hear both the creek and the ocean. Surrounded by pasture and bush, the property is home to a range of native and introduced species of animals and plants, including wombats, echidnas, deer, wallabies and kangaroos, and the bird life is wild. The space Large dining/lounge space with cobbled stone floor, tv and DVD player and wood heater. Airconditioners in all three bedrooms and dining/lounge area. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Kitchen includes pod coffee machine, oven/stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and complimentary tea/coffee. Bathroom/laundry includes a shower, washing machine and dryer and double hand basin. Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed Bedroom 2 - Single bed Bedroom 3 - Single bed Under each bed is a good quality foam mattress for extra beds - you will need to bring extra bedding. Plenty of hanging space and shelving/wire baskets in each bedroom. Also spare blankets in bedrooms. Washing line in back yard and clothes airer in cottage. A variety of games and a tub of flippers and snorkel/goggles have been provided too. Internet access is excellent. BBQ and fire pit also provided. Beach towels are provided - in bathroom. Iron and ironing board - dining room area. Guest access The entire cottage is for use by guests. Guests are welcome to walk around the property but please remember to shut all gates. Guests are asked not to go up the road as a permanent tenant lives in the main house. Other things to note The final drive to the property is a dirt road. However, it has been recently regraded and partly rebuilt and is in excellent condition. The property has a permanent tenant and they drive past the Cottage to reach the main house. Please avoid walking up the road to the main house out of respect for the tenant's privacy. Thankyou.
