Country house in Chapadmalal - Cruz del Sur Beach

Large house in Chapadmalal, just 4 blocks from Route 11 that connects Mar del Plata and Miramar. Equipped for up to 9 people, it has a grill, salamander, pool and a large garden to enjoy the outdoors. A few minutes' walk away is Cruz del Sur beach, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. Perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and proximity to the sea. In December, January and February the house is rented for a minimum of 1 week. Other things to note Please check availability in advance if check-in or check-out is at night (between 10 pm and 7 am). This is because we do not have a 24-hour front desk. Both check-in and check-out in that nighttime time range has an extra cost of 25 dollars.
