Welcome to Dinky Daze! New to our Norfolk Holiday Lodges family for summer 2025, Dinky Daze is a one-bedroom riverside hideaway full of charm and character. Ideal for couples or solo adventurers looking to slow down and soak up the beauty of the Broads. Tucked right on the banks of the River Yare, this cosy retreat has everything you need for a peaceful break. Inside, there's an open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge, complete with a wood burner to keep things toasty on cooler days. The space Bedroom – Double bed. Bed linen provided. Bathroom Shower cubicle, toilet & hand basin. Starter toilet roll. Hand and bath towels included. Open Plan Kitchen / Lounge / Diner Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash and a starter kitchen roll are provided. Dining area with dining table and views out to the decking and river. Lounge area with comfortable seating and TV. Enjoy the fantastic river views from the open plan living space through double doors, perfect for watching the wildlife and boats go by. Step out onto the decking and to the waters edge. Outside Space: Picnic table Direct access to the water’s edge – perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or evening sunsets by the river Private mooring Mooring and Parking Private quay headed mooring at the end of the decking. Use of slipway at our marina on request. Please advise if you are bringing a boat. Private Parking x 1 car. Electricity included. Cot and highchair on request. Shed with fish bait fridge and 2 x recliner sun loungers. Fishing only permitted in open season. A rod license is required. Please note that there is an unfenced river at the end of the decking.
