Other things to note 【Please Read Before Booking】 SEABASE villa is a private oceanfront villa limited to one group per day and accommodates up to 8 guests. To ensure a comfortable stay, please review the following information before booking. 【About the Property and Your Stay】 ・There is no cleaning service during your stay. ・We provide 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per guest. ・Sleepwear and pajamas are not provided. ・The nearest supermarket and convenience store are about 10 minutes away by car. ・The color and view of the sea may vary depending on the weather, season, and time of day. On sunny days, you can enjoy the clear blue sea, while on cloudy or rainy days, you can experience the calm atmosphere of the seaside. ・The property is a renovated private villa in an older building. We maintain the interior for a comfortable stay, but some areas may show the original character and age of the building. This property is recommended for guests who enjoy an oceanfront location and the atmosphere of a renovated space. ・As the property is located in a natural seaside area, insects or geckos may enter the building depending on the season. ・In winter, the property may feel cold depending on the weather. 【Parking】 Free parking is available. ・Indoor garage: 1 car ・Parking space next to the building: 1 car Up to 2 cars can be parked free of charge. There is also an additional parking space about a 1-minute walk from the building. Please contact us in advance if you will arrive with 3 or more cars, or if you are coming with a large vehicle. Please do not park in front of the building, as that area is a sidewalk. 【Pets】 Only small dogs are allowed, up to 2 dogs. Please be sure to inform us before or at the time of booking if you would like to bring your dog. ・Pet fee: 5,000 JPY per dog, per night. ・Dogs are allowed only on the 1st floor. ・Dogs are not allowed on the 2nd floor, in the bedrooms, on the beds, or on the sofa. ・A dedicated mattress is available on the 1st floor for guests who would like to sleep near their dog. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. ・Pet supplies are not provided. Please bring your own cage, toilet sheets, food/water bowls, and bedding that your dog is used to. ・If we find that a dog has entered the 2nd floor, or if there is dog hair, accidents, or lingering odor, an additional special cleaning fee of 10,000 JPY may be charged. 【BBQ and Cooking】 From April to October, guests can use the BBQ grill on the terrace. BBQ use requires prior approval. If you would like to use the BBQ grill, please let us know by message at the time of booking or before check-in. BBQ grill set fee: 3,000 JPY per stay. We provide an electric BBQ grill that does not use charcoal. No fire-starting is required, so you can easily enjoy BBQ during your seaside stay. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to bring their own BBQ grill, stove, charcoal, burner, or other BBQ equipment. If you would like to have a BBQ, please use only the BBQ grill set provided by the property. Food, seasonings, drinks, and other ingredients are not included. Please bring them as needed. BBQ is not available from November to March. The use of hot plates, yakiniku grills, takoyaki makers, or any cooking equipment that produces smoke or strong odors is prohibited indoors. If smoke or strong odors remain due to such use, a special cleaning fee of 20,000 JPY may be charged. 【Garbage Collection】 Garbage collection during your stay is generally not provided. If you would like garbage collection, it can be arranged for 1,100 JPY per collection, including tax. Please contact us at least 2 days in advance. 【Accommodation Tax】 In Matsue City, an accommodation tax of 200 JPY per person per night will be introduced for stays from December 1, 2025. 【Fireworks】 On August 13, fireworks are scheduled to be launched from the seaside directly in front of the villa. The event may be changed or canceled due to weather or organizer circumstances. Please keep this in mind if you are bringing a dog that is sensitive to loud sounds.
