Not shared with the visitor. It's independent and private. * We appreciate that you visually enjoy the plants, coquis, chickens and all their natural environment. * Please do not touch the plants or feed the chickens. * The surroundings of the property are private areas of the owners. * No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes. * No drunkenness allowed * No parties allowed. * Service dogs are allowed: They are trained animals that help people with disabilities such as blindness, reduced mobility, epilepsy, diabetes 1. The owner will be asked about the specific tasks that they are trained to perform. 2. Rules of conduct will be required for the dog such as not causing disturbances or damage. Other things to note * We appreciate you checking out at the scheduled time of 11:00 a.m. *If you stay after check-out time, you will be charged a fee of $40 per additional hour because another reservation may arise on the same day and without enough time to clean and condition the place, the reservation could not be accepted. * If you wish to stay additional days, you can gladly book directly on the platform.
