Welcome to our spacious apartment of about 80 sqm on the lower floor of a basement house in charming Kivik. Here you live comfortably with proximity to nature, harbor, restaurants, downtown and the beautiful sandy beach – all within a 5–20-minute walk. In 3 minutes on foot you will find a green area with pine and deciduous forest. Here, nature and quiet paths await, leading to apple orchards, wine fields with Vinbaren 2:9, and the Marketplace – A wonderful combination of nature and local experiences. The space Sleeping places & floor plan! Bedroom 1: approx. 40 sqm with double bed in open floor plan with living room and a smaller sofa bed with room for 2 people, Bedroom 2: Dividable double bed (can be 2 single beds) With the sofa bed, a total of 5-6 beds depending on whether the guest is a child or an adult. Dining area for 4-6 people. Good to know: The apartment is safely separated from the rest of the accommodation with a soundproof wall and fire-rated door. The apartment is also equipped with a small kitchenette for simple cooking. Other things to note 🌸 Allergy-friendly accommodation – no pets 🌸 To create a safe environment for guests with fur allergies, we unfortunately do not accept pets in the apartment.
