The Eifelfinca vacation home has a very special charm. Although it is located in the Eifel, its construction is reminiscent of a holiday in the warm south. We have focused on the safety of toddlers, because only when children can play safely can parents relax. The many extras such as a hot tub, dressing room, vanity table, game selection, coffee machine, wood-burning stove, barbecue, a 2,200 m² garden and much more make your time in the Eifel unforgettable. The space The vacation home "Eifel Finca" is located in the middle of the Volcanic Eifel in the quiet center of Wiesbaum. The house was newly built in 2021. From the vacation home, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the "Old Church" of Wiesbaum. The house is modernly decorated and has the latest technology. The large 2,200 m² garden invites you to relax and unwind and lets you forget your everyday stress. Relax in the whirlpool and unwind. The house is specially designed for small children – because we believe that parents can only really relax when the little ones are safe. The house has socket and stair protection. Children will not get bored in the large garden either, because there is a swing available. Just a 3-minute walk away is a playground, another is a 7-minute walk away. The house has three bedrooms with box spring beds and two bathrooms with rain shower, toilet and urinal. The main bathroom offers three special highlights: a bathtub, a dressing table with a mirror and an adjoining dressing room with access to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped – you will find, among other things, an induction stove, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, various kitchen appliances and, of course, a basic set of spices, dishwashing detergent and dish towels. The large living room with adjoining dining room invites you to cozy hours. For play friends, there are numerous games in the closet to choose from. Remote working? No problem at all – the house has a spacious office that you can use for work. Particularly pleasant: the underfloor heating, which ensures warm feet in winter and cools the house pleasantly in summer. If you need a washing machine, dryer or iron, please contact us – we will provide these devices at an extra cost. Here you will find the perfect place for all ages to unwind. Wiesbaum is a central base for exploring the Eifel. The nearest shops are just a 5-minute drive away and include two bakeries that are also open on Sundays. A beautiful bike path leads through Wiesbaum, ideal for all bike lovers. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: Stage 8 of the Eifelsteig begins in the nearby village of Mirbach. In addition, many villages in the area offer circular hiking trails that are particularly easy to manage with children. In summer, the Kronenburger See (about 20 minutes by car), the Freilinger See (about 10 minutes by car) and the maars near Daun invite you to swim and relax. A day under palm trees is also possible in the thermal baths of Euskirchen (25 min). A special destination nearby is the impressive Dreimühlen waterfall – an experience for young and old.
