Whether hiking, biking or relaxing: The apartment is the perfect starting point for your stay. The space The apartment "Gartenblick Kottenheim" can accommodate up to 4 people. Access to the apartment is via its own garden. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa corner and smart TV. From the spacious hallway you enter the two bedrooms, the (cold) conservatory and the separate toilet. Public parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Bedroom & Bathroom Master bedroom with box spring bed (180x200 cm) and open bathroom area with sink and shower. Toilet separate. Second bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm). Outdoor area The apartment has its own garden with partially covered terrace. Sun loungers, garden table and chairs, as well as awning are available – ideal for relaxing in the countryside. Guest access Access is independent via an electronic door lock. You will receive the required number code shortly before arrival. Other things to note Location The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Kottenheim. Nevertheless, the train station is only a few steps away. Popular destinations such as Lake Laach, the dream paths, Koblenz and the Nürburgring are within easy reach. In the village there is a small supermarket with a butcher and bakery, a flower shop, as well as 2 branches of local banks. The restaurant La Quercia is just a 3-minute walk away.
