Casa Siva is located at the beginning of the village of Sivas. It is a newly built two-storey detached house of 164 square meters on two levels with a private pool of 32sqm. It is the perfect place to enjoy moments of tranquility and privacy on your vacation. It has comfortable spaces, a huge terrace, a private pool and an unobstructed panoramic view of the mountains of Crete and the village of Sivas. Within walking distance are the beautiful beaches of Matala and Komos and several attractions. The space The ground floor consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is a specially designed sofa bed (day bed). The exterior has a large terrace overlooking the pool and access to the outdoor areas. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed. It also has a comfortable single space with a living room - kitchen with two sofa beds (daybed). It also has 1 terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains. At the entrance of the house there is also a private parking space for 2 vehicles.
