The number of bedrooms made available depends on the number of guests listed in the reservation. Any additional bedroom can be made available by prior arrangement. Guest access You have: • 🛏️ Master suite upstairs with walk-in shower and 160x200 cm bed • Bedroom 2: 140x200 cm bed with 120x60 cm cot (from 3 guests) • Bedroom 3: 160x200 bed, available for 5 or more guests • 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower • 🛋️ Living room with sofa bed (extra sleeping space on request), TV with Canal+ and Prime Video • 📶 Wi-Fi throughout the house • 🍽️ Dining room and equipped kitchen • 🧑‍💻 Desk available • 🌿 Lower terrace, private and accessible, with garden furniture and BBQ 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements The house has 3 bedrooms. • For bookings of 1-2 guests, only one bedroom is prepared by default. • If you wish to have both bedrooms despite a reservation for 2 people, a supplement of €15 is required for the preparation and linens of the second bedroom. • For 3 or more guests, the second bedroom is prepared automatically, and for 5 or more guests, the 3rd bedroom is prepared. 👶 Baby equipment available upon request: crib, changing table, highchair. ⚠️ A few items to note • The home has several floors and includes interior stairs Other things to note 📍 THE SETTING The house overlooks a departmental road: access is easy, and the passage of vehicles can occasionally be audible, especially during the day. The area is quieter in the evenings and on weekends. Nothing unbearable, but we prefer to let you know in advance with transparency. ⸻ ⚡ Heating The accommodation is well insulated and set for your comfort. Please do not exceed 19–20°C, in order to ensure a pleasant temperature while avoiding energy waste. ⸻ 🎉 No parties or private events. If you would like to clean yourself and not pay the extra fee, please let me know at the time of booking. The basic rate includes the preparation of one double room. If you are 2 guests and want to use both bedrooms, an extra €15 will be requested to cover the costs of preparing, providing linens for, and cleaning the second bed.
