If you are 2 guests and want to use both bedrooms, an extra €15 will be requested to cover the costs of preparing, linens, and cleaning for the second bed. 👶 Baby equipment available upon request: baby bed, changing table, high chair. ⚠️ Important to note • The house is spread over several floors and includes interior stairs Other things to note 📍 THE FRAMEWORK The house overlooks a departmental road: access is easy and the passage of vehicles can be audible from time to time, especially during the day. The environment is quieter in the evenings and on weekends. Nothing unbearable, but we prefer to let you know with transparency. ⸻ ⚡ Heating The accommodation is well insulated and set up for your comfort. Please do not exceed 19–20°C, to ensure a pleasant temperature while avoiding energy waste. ⸻ 🎉 No parties or private events, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. 🧹 Housekeeping There is no cleaning fee included: the property must be left clean and in good condition. 👉 A cleaning package is available upon request (€30), to be specified before booking.
