Welcome to my little village house! I renovated and decorated it with all my heart in a clean style that combines modern comfort and warm atmosphere so that everyone feels immediately at home. Its elegant and relaxed atmosphere makes it an ideal cocoon to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside but, rare luxury, with all the shops 2 steps away. With family, friends or on a professional trip, it's the perfect base for exploring the region. The space An entire house just for you: - Two bright and air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, with storage and queen size beds (in 160). You'll find your beds made on arrival. - A large air-conditioned living room with * its modular dining area, * its living room and comfortable sofa bed, perfect space for a movie or board game. - A modern, fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with the family. - Functional bathroom + separate toilet on the ground floor. Towels are provided. - A small terrace set up to relax out of sight, have an aperitif, have a barbecue or dine in the summer. The Weber BBQ is available to make the most of your stay. Please note that coal is not provided and remains your responsibility. Advance notice if you want to make use of it. Provision of baby equipment (stroller, changing table, sunbed, high chair or booster, bed, gate, guards, sofa covers...). Everything is possible on request, to be arranged in advance, according to your needs, as well as a fee depending on the equipment requested. Guest access You will have access to everything except the cellar where we leave our personal belongings. Other things to note For single-person or couple reservations, only one room will be made available, the other remaining locked. However, guests can choose in advance which room they want to use. Sleeping area and terms of use The property has two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160-cm double bed, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. A sofa bed is also available in the living room for a maximum occupancy of 6 people. The sofa bed is prepared only for stays of 6 guests. For reservations for 3 or 4 people (especially for tradespeople or employees on business trips), the basic rate does not include the use of the sofa bed. If you wish to use the sofa bed in addition to the bedrooms, an additional charge will be applied to cover the setup (suitable bedding, making up the bed, maintenance). For reasons of hygiene and to protect the furniture, it is strictly forbidden to sleep on the sofa without protection (without bedding). Any unauthorized use may result in additional charges, adjusted according to the length of the stay. Your furry furry friends are welcome! A cozy basket and bowl are waiting for them. Please specify in advance the category and breed of your dog. It is forbidden for the animal to do his/her needs on the terrace and inside. Outside, the owner must bring a bag to pick up the feces. Any damage will remain at its expense. Kindergarten assistant, I offer the care of your children or infants during stays, weekends, weddings, baptisms or sports activities. Home care possible, upon request and availability. Supplement to be agreed together. A handbook is available to guide you in the use of the devices so that your stay is smooth and enjoyable. For any specific request, please make it in advance in order to better satisfy you. Within walking or cycling, you'll find everything you need for everyday life: • a SPAR convenience store, • bakeries, a butcher shop, • a bank, gas station, hairdresser, bookstore/stationery... This allows you to do your little errands quietly without necessarily taking the car. For larger purchases, neighboring towns are easily accessible.
