This spacious maisonette boasts stunning coastal views in an elevated spot in the picturesque village of Penally. Saunter across the beach or stroll across the golf course and you’ll be in the historic walled town of Tenby in no time at all. If you’d rather stay closer to home, the local pub is a just a 3 minute walk with a small restaurant just two minutes further. This maisonette is light, airy and well equipped for either cosy nights in or as a superb base to explore the locality. The space Casa Maris is set across two floors with the kitchen and dining area (which open out onto the balcony) on the ground floor along with the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs is where you will find both bedrooms (with interconnecting lockable door), one king size double and one twin room and the living room (with even more fabulous views of the coast and countryside!). Plus smart TV and WiFi in case you get bored of the views! Please note: for guests with mobility issues as the property is set on the top of a hill (hence the stunning views) there are some steps and inclines around the property as well as stairs between both floors. Guest access Set on a hill overlooking Penally, Casa Maris is one of several properties located in the property. Access to the maisonette is down some steps (next to a raised decking area). The central area on the shared decking is for guest use (yellow furniture). Due to the location of the property it may not be accessible for all - please ask if you have any particular accessibility needs.
