The Coach House, New Forest
The Coach House, New Forest
Description
Retreat and relax into the New Forest and stay at our beautiful Coach House, a stones through from Lymington and its busy harbour with boutique shops and delicious eateries. Perfect as a B&B if you are here to explore the area. A short walk into Pilley and you’ll find the local shop with fresh bread and local produce as well as a lovely playground and one of Britain's oldest pubs. Sophia and Jack will be your hosts. We live on site with our two small children and our friendly dog Nuji. The space As the name suggests, this is a converted Coach House! The accommodation is upstairs and suits a couple or a family of four. We really are a B&B as there is not a full kitchen. Perfect if you are in the area for an event or to explore the area, but not if you want to cook big meals and hang-out all day at the accommodation. On the ground level is the living area with a fridge, small microwave, kettle and a toaster. There is a day bed with another mattress which pulls out if the older children want their own space at night. However, the space is not really set up for groups of adults - two adults with kids is perfect. The garden is there for you to enjoy and is a shared space with us. If you'd prefer the privacy then just let us know and we'll leave you to it, there are plenty of places to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The bathroom is a little pokey - fine if you are supple, but our more mature guests may feel a bit cramped as the bath is in the shower. The building is filled with treasures from around the world. Enjoy! Guest access You are free to use the Coach house and the garden, with private parking in the driveway. We occasionally need to get things from the coach house but will let you know with plenty of warning. The garden is a shared area with us, but we very rarely use it if there are guests with us. Other things to note If your specific dates aren't listed, feel free to send us a message and we'll see what we can arrange.
