This chalet, a real cozy nest for 2, offers you a relaxing break in the heart of nature within a 10-hectare park for a complete recharge. Very comfortable, it overlooks a beautiful wooden terrace on stilts and a magnificent Percheron landscape. 1 hr 40 min from Paris in the Perche Regional Natural Park, La Petite Motte is ideally located to discover all the beauties of Perche. A true haven of peace to enjoy as a couple, with family or friends! The space Our chalet in the heart of nature is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with a dining table for 2 people; a kitchenette including 1 sink - 1 microwave - 1 fridge - 1 kettle and 1 Tassimo coffee maker; dishes necessary for 2 people; a sitting area with sofas & soft cushions :-) ; a "queen size" bed that will be made upon arrival :-) Two bedside tables with lamps as well as a coat rack, hangers and magazines are also at your disposal. - a bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, stool, towel dryer. During your stay, we provide toilet paper as well as the following consumables: tissues, disposable toothbrushes, shower gels, soaps & toothpaste. Outside, your chalet overlooks a beautiful wooden terrace on stilts surrounded by willows and overlooking a typical hilly meadow. Rattan garden furniture as well as a dining table & 2 wrought iron chairs are at your disposal. You also have deckchairs to rest and relax on the terrace or with your feet in the grass. We are happy to welcome pets. Finally, you will have Wi-Fi in your chalet :-) Guest access You will of course have access to the entire accommodation and can walk as often as you like within our 10 ha park. You can visit our donkeys, play a game of petanque, ping-pong or foosball, enjoy a barbecue in the heart of nature, go for a walk through our meadows or meet our peacock roaming freely within the estate :-) A parking space is also reserved for you. The nearest railway station is La Ferté-Bernard, it is 15 minutes by car - 11.5 km. La Petite Motte is located 15 minutes from the A11 - 14.5 km (exit No. 5 - L'Océane 72400 Cormes). Other things to note We also offer hearty & tasty breakfasts to start the day, prepared from homemade & local products. Please don't hesitate to ask! A paid EV charging station is also available on site.
