Whether you’re enjoying a movie night on the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, challenging friends to a PlayStation game, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after any day. The dining area has a large table with seating for all guests, making it ideal for family feasts or quick dinner time treats. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances - including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and gas cooker, plus all the cookware/utensils, and tableware you might need! Getting a large group together isn’t always easy - but with seven beautifully decorated bedrooms, everyone can enjoy their own cosy corner. This spacious home offers six comfortable double bedrooms and a luxurious king room, all thoughtfully designed with fresh linens, stylish décor, and plenty of storage. Two of the bedrooms feature their own private ensuites for added comfort, while the remaining rooms are just steps away from the other well-appointed bathrooms. A family bathrooms and a wet room also feature within. The garden at Woodside House is a beautiful space for family and friends to gather, surrounded by vibrant plants and colourful flowers that create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy long, leisurely meals at the outdoor seating area, or simply relax with a drink in the sunshine. At the far end, a charming wooden shelter offers a cosy hideaway - perfect for reading or chatting. Fury friendly, welcoming 2 dogs per booking. Lastly, when it’s time to truly unwind - slip into the luxurious hot tub and enjoy a soothing soak beneath the open sky. Guest access Check-in information will be sent on the morning of the guest’s arrival. Other things to note • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
