Casa Frutteto – Fenced Private Garden

A lunch on the veranda, a break in the shade of the trees, a piece of fruit picked from the garden: at Casa Frutteto, your vacation follows the rhythm of the countryside. In Montegrosso d'Asti, in the Monferrato area, the house sleeps up to 4 people and has a fenced private garden with fruit trees and olive trees. A cozy base for exploring villages, vineyards and wineries, or for enjoying some peace and quiet. Your pets are also welcome. The space Casa Frutteto offers indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy, for a vacation as a couple, with family or with friends. THE HOUSE The rooms are all on one level. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps; in the bright living room, the double sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places. The eat-in kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven and utensils, allows you to prepare and enjoy meals independently. A bathroom with shower completes the house. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a fan are available. THE GARDEN AND THE VERANDA The flat, fenced-in garden is for your exclusive use. Fruit trees and olive trees create shaded spots where you can read, relax, and spend a few hours outdoors. The veranda overlooking the greenery invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or to gather around the table. In the garden, you will find a table with an umbrella, deck chairs, and a hammock. When the fruit is ripe, you can pick it directly from the trees: a small pleasure that changes with the seasons. Your pets are allowed and welcome. Guest access The house and garden are for your exclusive use. From the street, you enter through a gate; a driveway leads to the veranda, and from there, a few steps lead inside the house. Check-in is done independently using the key box located near the gate. There is free public parking in a small square just a short walk from the house. There is no private parking space on the property. Other things to note The interior is on one level, but the entrance has a few steps. We recommend having a car for grocery shopping and exploring the surrounding area. Within about 2 km, there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a tobacconist, and the Montegrosso d'Asti train station.
