The space Amenities: pool season is usually from April to October and gym is also open Quite and private location, yet a few minutes ride from the strip. Palms Hotel where you can find Casino, Restaurants, Shows and more, is next door, connected by indoor bridge to the Palms Place. Guest access Access the pool & gym free self parking and valet ( tips only). Other things to note Las Vegas offers 24/7 night life casinos, restaurants, shows, shopping, all walking distance. Upon checking in the palms place front desk request photo ID and credit card also $100 refundable deposit hold per day ( either credit card or debit card)for any hotel or room charges. Name on your driver license must match name of the Airbnb booking site in order to check in with front desk also if someone else is planning to check in instead of you I will need their full name so we could add them as additional guest also they will be required to have credit card for the $100 refundable deposit. Age requirement per hotel policy is 21 ( at least 1 guest over 21 ) The unit will be cleaned and serviced prior to your arrival. upon checking into the unit and if you noticed anything that requires additional attention, please immediately contact the front desk and they will rectify the issue.
