Below please see all the listing details This detached holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Les Teules urbanisation. The hillside location offers breathtaking views over the mountains, valley and coast. The coastal town of Platja d'Aro with its beaches, restaurants and shops is a ten-minute drive away. The space The village of Santa Cristina d'Aro is 3 kilometres away. This is a non-smoking house. The house has air conditioning in the living room and there is also air conditioning in the bedroom on the upper floor. - With a living space of approx. 100 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of five people. The living/dining area has a sofa, an armchair, a satellite TV, a music system with Bluetooth reception and a dining table with seating for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a large fridge, a small freezer and a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, new), in the second bedroom a single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) (extra bed possible on request) and the third bedroom has a king size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with adjoining bathroom, in which there is a whirlpool bath, (currently not to be used due to water shortage 4/2014) a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
