The space 🌿 An oasis of tranquility in the Assisi countryside – perfect for families and large groups 🌿 Welcome to our large semi-detached house, immersed in the quiet and beauty of the Umbrian countryside, just minutes from the spiritual and artistic heart of Assisi. Here, time slows down, the air is pure and nature is the setting for every moment. The large weeping willow that dominates the garden is the symbol of this house: majestic, welcoming, unique. It is under its branches that you can experience outdoor lunches and dinners, enjoying the natural shade, peace and company. 🏡 Generous spaces and modern comfort for 13 people This house is designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends, offering 5 bedrooms (including a single bedroom also equipped as a playroom for the little ones), 4 bathrooms and many common areas where you can meet in complete freedom. The living area on the mezzanine floor is spacious and bright, with a large living room equipped with a large and comfortable reclining sofa, 50-inch TV, fireplace for the winter and an elegant tempered glass dining table. 🌬 In summer, you will be greeted by pleasant ceiling ventilation and floor cooling, while in winter, radiant heating will ensure maximum comfort. The separate, spacious and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and share meals with friends. The balcony that opens in front of the fields adds a touch of poetry to every breakfast. 🛏 The bedrooms are distributed as follows: Ground floor: a double bedroom with an extra single bed + the playroom with a single bed Upper floor: three double bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and two single beds), all tastefully furnished and characterized by different colors, each with its own unique style 🛁 The four bathrooms offer comfort and functionality: one with a shower and washing machine, one with a bathtub, one with a hydromassage shower, and one with a hydromassage tub and double sink.
