Welcome to Casa Playa de Nerga, a separate apartment where you can relax enjoying the fresh air, nature and the sea. The house is located 100m from the beach and the forest, making it perfect both for enjoying the various sandy areas found in the surroundings (Nerga, Viñó, Barra beaches...), and for getting lost in the endless trails and routes you will find in the pine forests and dunes. An environment protected by the Natura 2000 Network for its unique biodiversity. The space To offer a special stay, we have striven to create a space with all the comforts where you and yours can relax, rest and ultimately, disconnect from the routine. This is a fully independent apartment with its own entrance, located on the ground floor of a newly built stone house surrounded by a garden. We, the hosts, live on the top floor. We are a quiet family in love with this environment and we will be at your disposal to help and guide you, if you think it is convenient, so that you can have a perfect stay. The house has been designed for 4 people. It has a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A full bathroom and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) with their respective closets. Outside we have prepared a terrace and a parking area exclusively for guests. Our goal is to make parking a non-issue so you can enjoy every day outdoors. Breakfast on the terrace listening to the crashing of the ocean waves? A glass of wine dining under the stars on a summer night? Of course! You will also have direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy the common areas detailed below. Guest access The property has access through an automatic gate with remote control for vehicles. Also access with a door if you decide to walk. You will have a parking space reserved exclusively for guests and an outdoor terrace perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Common areas for shared use: garden, relaxation area with hammocks and sun loungers, brick barbecue, pylon and a laundry area. The apartment is equipped with a new and very complete kitchen: fridge + freezer combo, microwave with grill function, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, DolceGusto coffee maker and complete kitchenware. The apartment also has an extendable dining table, TV, closets with hangers, bed linen, bath towels, hairdryer and other basic amenities. Other things to note We feel comfortable with guests who know the environment they are going to enjoy. Families, couples, or groups of friends who love the beach and nature. If your idea is late-night parties, with music and inside the property, we're sorry to tell you that this is not your place. Pets are not allowed.
