The space This unit is part of an apartment building within a gated, family-owned residential compound. Approximately 16 sqm, it features a double-sized bed ideal for couples or small families. With extra mattresses, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The room includes a 32" Smart TV, fiber internet, a dining table, refrigerator, chairs, a cabinet with clothes hangers, and complimentary towels. It has a clean private toilet with a mirror and bidet. For guests who enjoy cooking, there’s a small kitchen equipped with basic utensils. Check-in is at the host’s store, Romero’s General Merchandise on A. Bonifacio St., which also serves as your landmark. You’ll meet the person who will hand you the keys there. We recommend using GRAB for transportation and pinning the location to the store. ARCA South Terminal is nearby and a convenient landmark; from there, you can take a short tricycle ride. Some tricycles also pass directly by the store and main gate. The property is in a commercial area with easy access to a wet market, laundry shops, grocery stores, water refilling stations, and cafes. Larger supermarkets like Hypermarket, Puregold, and Landers are a quick tricycle ride away. For your safety, the compound has CCTV cameras installed. Guest access You will have exclusive access to your room and private toilet. Please note that we follow curfew hours and lock the gates at 10 p.m. You can use your key to access the entrance near the Airbnb Rooms. Other things to note We can't offer condo-type amenities as we cater to guests seeking budget-friendly accommodation. The location is not in a residential area or subdivision but is surrounded by commercial establishments, so some noise is to be expected. The apartment building is within a gated family-owned residential compound, where other tenants may come and go. Additionally, we are near a basketball court, so you might hear noise during games and events. Parking is very limited and not available for guests with cars. Motorcycle parking inside the gate is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also park outside the gate at your own risk. Lastly, our check-in time is strictly between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Due to limited staff, we kindly ask that you only book the unit if you are able to check in within the specified hours.
