Come and stay in a cozy and refreshed retro house from the 60s with room for 4-5 people. The house is located 300 meters from sand dunes and a long sandy beach. Peaceful and centrally located accommodation with close to most things. Close to adventure park, hiking trails, golf clubs and tennis courts, several art museums and beautiful Norrviken Gardens. Hovs Hallar and other nice places to drive to on the Bjäre peninsula. Convenient with several restaurants and shops in the nearby area. The space Two living rooms with sofas and a TV. 3 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with 160 cm bed, one single bedroom, and one bedroom with a comfortable bunk bed. Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven. Dishwasher. Dining areas both inside and outside (with parasol). In the garden, there are lounge chairs on the terrace and sofa in the back. Possibility to barbecue outdoors. Boccia balls are available to borrow. Guest access The whole house can be used except for locked storage spaces. Other things to note Guests: maximum 5 people No pets. No smoking. Parking: park on the street, drive as far onto the grass as possible. Respect neighbors and keep noise levels down. Linen and towels included. Cushions are available to put in chairs outdoors. Bring these in when not in use. In the kitchen there is a drawer with a new dishcloth, washing sponge and towels as well as a dish towel. Keep in mind that you are staying in my home, please leave the house as it was when you arrived. IMPORTANT: return the key Before you check out: Close the parasol. Bring in cushions from chairs outside. Clean the house; - Vacuum and wipe the floors - Wash the toilet, shower and sink - Wash everything you used in the kitchen and wipe down the counters - Throw away garbage. Sort the garbage in the different compartments of the garbage cans. A fee of SEK 600 will be charged if the house is not cleaned properly.
