Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms, an ensuite plus a bathroom with laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming lounge and dining area. Designed for both relaxation and connection, the cottage blends stylish finishes with all the modern conveniences you need. Step outside to the pavilion, where a wood-burning fireplace warms the generous outdoor lounge and dining space — perfect for long meals, cool evenings and a glass of wine under the stars. Though just 15 minutes from Stanthorpe, Rivertree Roost feels wonderfully removed — a private sanctuary where you can unwind in nature without giving up life’s little luxuries. Please be conscious of this before booking. Guest access You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom home and fenced property. Self check in/out instructions such as accessing the house, house rules, etc. will be sent to you via AirBnB on the day of arrival before you check-in. Other things to note Fireplace: There is a sufficient amount of firewood provided for you to enjoy the fireplace in the outdoor pavilion. If infants will be staying, please let us to know so we can provide a port-a-cot and high chair. Although, we can only provide these items if advance notice is given. We do accept your furry friends upon application. However, if you do not control your furry friend and damage is caused, Airbnb will be contacted and an additional deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to your invoice. An indoor kennel and pet bowls are provided, but any food or necessities your pet requires, you will need to provide these items. We have a no smoking policy inside our home. If you breach these rules, AirBnB will be contacted and an additional deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to your invoice.
