A perfect place to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the city while enjoying comfortable and fully equipped accommodation. 🛏 The space The apartment has a cozy bedroom with double bed, a dressing room and a desk area, ideal for business stays or for working in peace. A mezzanine accommodates two single beds, accessible by a ladder. This space is perfect for teenagers or travelers comfortable with this type of access (not recommended for children under 8). The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, allowing for additional guests. ❄️ Year-round comfort The bedroom and living room are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. 🍳 Equipped kitchen & practical amenities You will enjoy a fully equipped and functional kitchen: dishes and utensils dishwashing machine plenty of storage There is also a washing machine available to you. 🚿 Modern bathroom The bathroom has an elegant walk-in shower, for a relaxing time after a day of sightseeing or work. ⚠️ Please note: the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 📍 Exceptional location Located a few steps from shops, restaurants and the Saturday morning market, the apartment is the perfect base from which to discover Trévoux. You can also easily reach the Voie Bleue along the Saône, perfect for cycling or walking. Strolling through the picturesque alleys of the old town, you will discover many artists' and artisans' workshops that make the charm of the city. 🚗 Access & parking Several car parks are available nearby. Access to the street, usually reserved for residents, can be arranged if necessary. 📍 A great location to explore the local area Trévoux is a city rich in history and enjoys a strategic location: 15 minutes from the highway 30 minutes from Lyon 30 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport Many tourist sites, vineyards and natural landscapes are nearby for lovers of heritage, nature and walks. ✨ A comfortable apartment, perfectly located, ideal for a tourist, professional or family stay. Guest access Apartment located on the first floor of a townhouse. Shared entrance with the apartment below. For car parking: it is not possible to access the accommodation by car (unless you have heavy luggage, ask me) but there is a paid parking lot 30 m away, a free one 50 m away. And 100 m away, the parking lots on the banks of the Saône. Bicycle box in the city center 50 m away. Other things to note Access to the street is impossible because it is closed by a retractable bollard. However, I can unlock the terminal remotely. Ask me if needed. Otherwise, the accommodation is easily accessible on foot from the surrounding parking lots. I don't allow parties. Please smoke outside and do not throw your butts on the road. Do not disturb the calm of the neighborhood and the tranquility of the neighbors PLEASE. When you check out, make sure to leave the studio in a clean condition and dispose of your garbage (garbage area 20 m up to the church). Thank you in advance!
