With a 5-minute walk, you will reach the Nynäshamn swimming pool It is a newly-built architect-designed guest house that was completed in 2025, everything is designed and thought out in the smallest detail to be able to offer a luxurious hotel feeling! Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room The space The accommodation is open and airy with an area of 30 sqm plus about 15 sqm loft. You will find this home located in a charming quiet residential area in southern Nynäshamn surrounded by a lovely mix of natural beauty and various amenities. You live secluded from the main property and have a completely private patio and lovely garden to rule over. Maybe you want to take a break in the hammock under the tall pines! In 5 minutes you walk to Nynäshamn's sailing association (NSS) and 10 minutes you can reach the harbor where the Gotland boat and archipelago boats are located. There are also nice restaurants, etc., if you feel like it. 10 minutes walk to Nynäshamn's sea bath which has various treatments if you feel like this. The living room is spacious with high ceilings and lovely secluded views of the patio, lawn and grounds. It is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for socializing, entertaining, or simply enjoying a peaceful evening. The property has a sleeping loft with a double bed 180cm wide. The loft is generous in size with its approximately 15 sqm and 1.35 in ceiling height. There is storage in the form of a larger dresser, hooks to hang things on, and an armchair where you can sit and relax. In addition to this, there are two sleeping places in a sofa bed (140 cm) for one or two guests that can easily be made out on the lower floor of the living room. An inflatable mattress is available if you want to sleep signs or if the children want to sleep on this, let me know if this is desired. It is a full sized kitchen that is fully equipped as well as a dining table with room for 4 people. Convenience in the form of parking space for 2 cars is available for this property. You can easily park your car and avoid having to think about it. From here, the archipelago boats and Gotland boat also go 2.5 km out on the ring road is Lövhagen, which is a great outdoor area. Here you can stay for a coffee or lunch if desired. 10 minutes walk to Nynäshamn city center 40 mins car to Stockholmcity Guest access You will have a whole "lower part" of the plot for yourselves.
