Welcome to the Odenwald! A stylish design suite awaits you in our architect-designed house in the countryside. Not a sterile hotel look, but real coziness for unwinding. Enjoy your first coffee on your private terrace in the green courtyard – on request, we will also be happy to conjure up a delicious breakfast for you in the morning! A fully equipped workstation is available for your home office. Whether for work or to take a deep breath in nature – we look forward to seeing you! The space The approximately 31 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay. To relax: Comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) Armchairs and flat screen TV For work: Height-adjustable desk including 34-inch monitor Nespresso machine for the perfect coffee experience while working For well-being: Private terrace with seating in the green courtyard Private bathroom right next to the room with shower, bathtub, hairdryer and towels The cinema room and fitness area can also be used by arrangement The decor is stylish and cozy – perfectly matched to a relaxed ambience with high-quality materials and a calm atmosphere. Guest access Access to the property will be in person by appointment. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge. Please note: The property is not accessible and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. The kitchen in the main house can be used by prior arrangement. Alternatively, we recommend a nice café nearby that is within walking distance. During your stay At Villa Kunterbunt, you are a guest of a family that lives in the house itself – together with a relaxed tomcat that usually stays in the upper living area. The apartment is only rented out occasionally, so you're part of a real home. If you have any questions or requests, we are happy to assist you and give you tips on the area, restaurants or excursions in the region. Other things to note Breakfast can be booked directly with us for €15 per person/day by prior arrangement.
